I lead Sea Critter’s freediving and scuba programmes. For me, diving has always been a way to reconnect with nature, find calm in silence, and experience the ocean in its purest form.
My story
Growing up with a deep appreciation for nature shaped the way I see the underwater world today. Freediving has given me the opportunity to experience that connection from a completely different perspective — from the smallest marine life to the vastness of the open ocean.
The ocean has taught me patience, presence, humility, and respect for the natural world. It continues to inspire my passion for exploration, teaching, and personal growth.
My goal is simple:
To help others discover confidence, adventure, and a deeper connection with nature through diving.
Whether you’re taking your first breath underwater or developing your skills as a diver, my aim is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience both above and below the surface.
About Sea Critter
Sea Critter opened in Pondicherry in 2018 with a single idea: most freediving accidents come from speed, not depth — instructors rushing students toward a number instead of building the breathing and relaxation that makes depth safe on its own. 5+ years later that idea is still the entire curriculum. We cap every batch at 4 students so nobody's equalization, nerves, or technique goes unwatched, and we have run every open-water and deep session with the same conservative safety system since day one.
Today that means 500+ certified freedivers from 20+ countries, home training in Pondicherry, and seasonal courses and expeditions in Goa, the Andaman Islands, and the Maldives — all taught to the same PADI standard, by the same small team.
